About Me
Hi I'm
Chaz'ara Melody.
INTEGRATIVE COUNSELOR, THERAPEUTIC COACH
& FOUNDER OF PEACE OF MIND
For over 12 years, I've had the privilege of supporting people through some of life's most challenging seasons
My mission is simple: to create a safe spaces for honest conversations.

My Story
The way I work has been shaped not only by my professional experience, but by life itself. I know what it's like to navigate seasons that change you experiences that leave you questioning who you are, how you move forward and whether life will ever feel the same again.
Those experiences have taught me that healing isn't about becoming someone new; it's about finding your way back to yourself. That belief sits at the heart of everything I do and is the space I hope to create for every person who connects with
Peace of Mind.
Whether you join one of my therapeutic group programmes, work with me through Signature Individual Therapy or attend one of my workshops, my hope is that you leave feeling more empowered, more connected to yourself and one step closer to finding your own peace of mind.

My Philosophy
Why I created
Peace of Mind
I don't believe healing is a one-size-fits-all.
That's why I work integratively, blending evidence-based therapeutic approaches with coaching principles to create a personalised experience that meets you where you are while helping you move towards where you want to be.
Sometimes we need space to process our past.
Sometimes we need practical tools for the present.
Sometimes we need someone to help us believe in our future again.
Often, we need all three.
Peace of Mind was never meant to be just another counselling practice.
It was created to become a place where healing feels accessible, conversations become transformational and people discover that they don't have to navigate life alone.

Beyond the Therapy Room
I'm passionate about making emotional wellbeing conversations more accessible.
Alongside my clinical work, you'll often find me hosting conversations, recording podcast episodes, writing reflections, speaking at events or creating therapeutic resources that encourage people to heal, connect and grow.
Because I believe therapy shouldn't only be something people experience for one hour a week it should become something that influences the way we live, love and relate to one another every day.
A Few Things I Believe
Healing isn't linear.
Vulnerability is strength not weakness.
Relationships can be repaired with ourselves and others.
Peace of mind is underated.
Everyone deserves a space where they feel truly seen.
Small steps often create the biggest transformations.
Community is part of the healing process.
